  • Shuvan is among the foremost leading manufacturer in the national sector of ceramic valves. Initiated in 1986, the company has been family owned over two generations, with the strengthening tradition of quality and economical efficiency.

Established in the manufacturing heart of national capital- Naraina industrial area, the brand’s constant efforts are to surpass every challenge through innovation. With the objective to manufacture high end quality for minimal downtime, the brand has been employing the state-of-art methodologies in technology and engineering. Keeping up with the latest in contemporary manufacturing, the aim is to deliver optimized performance for exceptional equipment life.
  • Shuvan is a family owned company where Late Mr.Budh Dev Kapoor was the first enterpenure who had his unit in ludhiana manufacturing electrod brass material under the name of Budh Son industries.
  • His son Shukal Kapoor started his manufacturing unit in Delhi in the year 1986 as Kapoor Enterprises where he was manufacturing engeneering metal parts for companies like ( DENFOS, SKN, Bentex, Hidustan Repurgraphic Limited,Network electronic typewriter)
  • In the year 1992 kapoor enterprises evolved and then SHUVAN brand came to exsistance.It was the Pioneer in the valves for faucet industry.
  • From the year 1994 Shukal and Vaine worked together at Shuvan which was then at Naraina in an industrial area in new delhi and then in 2011 the company had grown to the level that it needed most space to open up its wings and shifted to bhiwadi in a five acre plot.

  1. Set up in as Engineering Components manufacturers under the name Kapoor Enterprises
  2. Venture into manufacturing of mechanical valves
  3. Pinoreered in maufacturing of Quater-turn Ceramic based valves in India.
  4. Started using Outsourced forged componants for manufacturing.
  5. Commenced in-house hollow forging unit valves.
  6. Refurbished as Shuvan Sanfit Pvt. Ltd. with a manufacturing unit in Naraina
  7. Started innovating economical valves
  8. Set up second manufacturing unit in Bhiwadi under the name of SKVL Ltd.
  9. Introduced automatic machinery for high precision and improved quality.
  10. Introduced SPM for High volume production.
  11. Upgraded machining of high precision valves to CNC.
  12. Targeting complete automation of all machining processes.
  13. Increased the work force with women workers, reaching the pinnacle of 60% work force as women.
  14. Stabilize and sustained manufacturing, during COVID.
  15. Spectroscope analysis for each batch of Brass rod.
  16. Introduced latest automission machinery for New Products; MOF and Brass Pressmatic Valves.
  17. Invested in HASS VMC, for tool and Die design. Introduced Plastic headwork ceramic valve.
  18. Innovated Plastic Valves; 25 mm, 30 mm , 22 mm Tick - Tick cartridge.
